This page collects personal data through the form below. The Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) applies. The following summaries point to our full Privacy Policy.
- Data retention: we keep enquiry data only for defined periods (for example up to 24 months after your last message) and apply storage limitation as described under Data retention & NDPA s.24 in our Privacy Policy.
- Storage limitation (NDPA s.24): we do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purposes stated; statutory and audit holds may extend specific accounting records as described in the policy.
- Breach notification (NDPA s.40): we maintain personal data breach handling procedures, including documenting incidents, mitigating harm, and notifying the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) and affected data subjects when the law requires.
- Data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) — NDPA ss. 34–38: you may exercise these rights by emailing our privacy lead; we verify identity and respond within the timelines in our Privacy Policy.
